I am a personality trait specialist, and business/life and leadership coach with a background in health. Using my considerable life experience, scientific background together with my doctoral expertise that brings a wealth of insight that I have used in a variety of sectors such as engineering, finance, healthcare, retail and education to stimulate my own and others thinking. 

My preference is to use collaborative approaches to translate vision into reality, helping people to rediscover, reconnect with and develop their potential and their influence by understanding themselves so that they can share their unique brilliance in all spheres of their lives. 

I am a Professional Coach, Speaker and Health & Wellbeing Advocate at the Inspired Life Group, and I love nothing more than seeing those lightbulb moments in clients when they realise their own worth and their own abilities. It’s too easy to settle for second best, because it’s the easy choice, so I'm on a mission to help driven individuals empower themselves, by developing rock solid self-belief and delving deeper in to who they really are and what they really want to achieve. Consider it a mission of helping people to open their eyes and truly see!

I'm delighted to have been described as “inspiring” on many occasions in my work, which includes 1-1 and group coaching, as well as wellbeing workshops and speaking engagements, in both corporate and community environments. I just love to work with people who know they can do more, be more and achieve more, but perhaps don’t know what to do about it.
