If you've been listening to us for a while, you'll know that Jenny is an incredible baker and our Renny Show sessions are powered by cake, as well as buckets of tea! We decided a trifle-themed episode was needed, so here it is.
We talked about the need for specific ingredients in a trifle and how that relates to the specific ingredients needed for a successful business. We also talked about whether trifle actually features in our lives; a trifle being a thing of little value or importance and what in our lives might be considered a trifle by others but is really important to us. We then moved on to talk about things we've experienced that we expected to be trifling, but turned out to be anything but; trifling with someone ie to mess or interfere with someone/something, and when we've felt the need to do that for the greater good; and some trifling memorabilia.

Hello and welcome everyone to this fabulous episode, the latest fabulous episode of The Renny Show with me, Jenny Gordon, and the fabulous Rachel Hey! Hello! How are you this fine day? I'm very well, thank you. We hope you are all fabulous wherever you are listening, whatever time of day, whatever season you're in, we hope you are in fine fettle. Um, Rachel, uh remind us what are we talking about today?
SPEAKER_00Oh, we've we've picked an exciting one today, listeners, uh, inspired by the lovely weather that we're having. And um I have to just point out we had to create some shade for the laptop to be able to film this particular episode, uh, audio and video. And the only way we could create the the right shade indoors was to bring the garden umbrella inside. We will post pictures on the socials so you can see this absolute marvel for yourselves. Um, but it it's absolutely perfect and totally brings to mind what we're going to be talking about. So today's episode, folks, is called Trifling. Um, that wonderful British institution of the trifle. Um, there may be some other places we take that as well, because you know what we're like. We go off on tangents and we talk about everything from socks to self-belief, as we often say. So there may be some random things in here as well, but it's uh it's a trifle-related episode. So we hope you enjoy. So to get started then, so Jenny, there are various quite specific ingredients needed for making a trifle. How would you relate that to the ingredients that are needed to have a successful business?
SPEAKER_01Well, there's some debate, isn't there, about uh ingredients for trifle. So if you're a purist, you would argue that there needs to be at the base, there needs to be some kind of um sponge, the the type of which is open to interpretation, but some kind of sponge, trifle sponge, sponge fingers, Madeira cake, some kind of sponge, slightly stale, is better because you want it to absorb. Yeah, you want it to absorb the liquid, usually but not necessarily of alcoholic beverage. Uh my experience is that it's fabulous with sherry. That is my that is my uh youthful memory, is a very nice sherry trifle. So you would put sherry um uh with or without fruit, so there will be a fruit cocktail um of some kind that you would soak uh into the into the trifle sponges. There are some people who would say that jelly is then required to give it a certain wobble. I am not a fan of the jelly. Okay, I do not put jelly in my trifle. But there you go. So there are interpretations, jelly or no jelly. I don't think I've ever made a trifle. Haven't you? Well, you might do after you've had this after this programme. And then on top of the jelly and sponge and fruit base layer, um, there is custard. Yes. Uh now obviously that custard can be handmade egg custard from scratch with all the yokey thingy, or you can buy it in a tin, or you can make it out of um, you know, birds, other varieties exist. Um so you can make your custard and then on the top, when the cut you pour the custard on has to be quite thick because it has to stand, um, has to be able to hold double cream on the top, and then um on top of the double cream again. My mum always used to use toasted almond flakes um with some hundreds and thousands. I was just gonna say, is it? Hundreds and thousands, but you have to eat the hundreds and thousands, otherwise they bleed into the cream and it's not so attractive, then is it? So if we are um using that analogy for a successful business, there are many aspects to running a successful business, aren't there? So you need good spongy foundations that can absorb all sorts of stuff because there's quite a lot of stuff that goes on in business. So that spongy absorbent sponge is a good thing um to have in your business. Um, the next is fluid, so you need a bit of fluid to be able to um move move at the times, and obviously, there is nothing in life if you don't have a bit of fruit in there, is there? Fruity, we all need a bit of fruit, a bit of variety, different fruits, not better or worse, just different. Um, and you get to choose for your business the kind of fruit that you love to have. The more fruit loop, the better. And then um, there is the custard, so that's that kind of smooth process. I would argue maybe that's processes, nice, smooth, not too thick, not too thin, not too complicated, quite simple, but just that ability um to be smooth, and then the cream on the top uh is light, it's fluffy, again, pure. So you've got separation, but they're all connected, so they all have their own purpose. Yeah, um, they're all equally specific, but they all they all together they are greater than the sum of their parts. I bet people will wait for us to say that, won't they? Um and the hundreds and thousands or the decoration on the top. Again, you choose for your business what works for you, whether it whether you're full of nuts. Maybe that's why my trifle's full of nuts. Nutty, you can be nutty, you can be sparkly, you can have all sorts of decoration. Um sparkle, don't forget the sparkle. And of course, the the the receptacle, the bowl that you put it in, is also a bit like business, isn't it? Because you can either have one that nobody can see inside, so they have to guess when they get their spoon in, or my mum used to have a big glass bowl, yeah, so you could see all the layers. Again, as a business owner, you get to choose whether your whether your bowl is glass that everybody can see what they're getting, or whether it's slightly more mysterious and opaque.
SPEAKER_00How's that? Well, uh, that's a flipping brilliant answer. I'm not quite sure where to go with that now, because I think that was brilliant. Um, yeah, I mean, I'm not sure what I can add, in all honesty. I I think I would say my bowl is a transparent one, perhaps in a more traditional shape. You know, the one that is it's the bowl on the stalk, isn't it? Yes. Um, so that probably reflects my slightly traditional uh leaning in in terms of certain things or how.
SPEAKER_01The bowl doesn't lean because it's otherwise everything will fall out.
SPEAKER_00Unlike your candle. Sorry, no one can see this. And uh if you're listening, you really have no idea what you have. But Jenny has the most lovely round bowl, a bit like a fish bowl, um, with a lovely big candle in it. And the recent very hot weather has meant that the candle now looks like the leaving tower of Pisa, because the bottom of it melted a bit and it's all it's all and on a wall. Yeah, it stinks. Um, but anyway, I've could I've completely forgotten my train of thought now. We're talking about trifle, weren't we?
SPEAKER_01We weren't so I think it's my turn to ask you a question. So I was gonna ask you, Rachel, if does firstly this this is a two-part question, rather like trifle, it's got layers, so I think we're allowed.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Um, so the first bit of it is um, does trifle appear in your life? Okay. Um, and if it does, when does it appear? And if no, what is your alternative to trifle?
SPEAKER_00Oh, interesting. Well, trifle, I mean, I've got many memories of trifle as a kid in the very traditional sense, although um you might want to close your ears for this bit. I'd prefer it without the sherry.
SPEAKER_01No, I'm happy with yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um I I'm just I'm not very keen on uh alcohol in puddings. Um what's the other one? Uh brandy butter at Christmas. No, no, thank you.
SPEAKER_01I don't like brandy butter either.
SPEAKER_00I'd rather have custard or cream or you know, whatever you're gonna have. Uh if it's got alcohol in it, I I'm just not very keen. So whilst my childhood has got memories of uh what was probably sherry trifle, um, trifle without the sherry would be my preference. Um we have tried trifle on the kids, and yeah, it suited them. Um and it wasn't massively successful. They prefer chocolate trifle. And clearly that's really not the same cat the fish at all, but it does still have the layers. It's just different types of, you know, there might be chocolate sponge in the bottom layer, and then there's just different types and consistencies of chocolate stuff. Chocolate custard. Yes, yeah, including chocolate custard, and then a lovely layer of cream on the top and chocolate sprinkles.
SPEAKER_01Um I think that still definitely counts. So the trifle.
SPEAKER_00I that that's the one that features in our life, to be honest. Um, I I do like a trifle. I I like the the different consistencies. I think that's quite it makes it an interesting thing to eat because no two mouthfuls are exactly the same. So yeah.
SPEAKER_01No, I think chocolate trifle, and um my cousin who probably doesn't listen to my podcast, which is very rude of her, she'll be telling her that she's made an appearance and she might listen. Um, so she was saying the other day when we were talking about trifle, she was saying that um she doesn't like trifle, but she loves tiramisu. And I say tiramisu rather like chocolate trifle. Tiramisu is still in my book, uh, an Italian trifle. Yeah, it's coffee flavoured, but it has the sponges soaked in coffee with or without alcohol, it has the the custody mascarponi thingy, it then has the cream on the top, and then the sprinkles. So I would argue that you can't say you don't like trifle if you like to, but I would be very pleased for everybody who disagrees or who has a different opinion or who wants to give an alternative perspective um to uh comment on the Renny Show Facebook. It is the Renish podcast Facebook page because we love a conversation about trifling conversation.
SPEAKER_00Yes, and if you have any pictures of trifles of of different sorts, send them in because we'll post them on the page as well and we'll give you a shout out. So that could be exciting. Marvellous. Okay. Well then.
SPEAKER_01No, no, yeah, after start, that was okay.
SPEAKER_00Ah, right. So those who have listened for a while will know that we sometimes, when we have a theme, we might play with the words a little and not stick with the the the first uh definition that comes to mind. So for my second question, uh a trifle is a thing of little value or importance. Uh I'll I think that's a signal that Jenny's got a similar question. So, what can you name something that might seem like a trifle to others but is important to you?
SPEAKER_01Oh probably, I think there are many things, aren't there, that would seem that's the whole I was going to say values, because um my values might seem unimportant to other people, but they are not trifling to me because they are standards by which I live, they're standards by which I run uh run my business, my life, my way of being. So they they those those values might seem like very small things to some people, um, but they are really big, uh, big things to me. Well, that too.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, I think so. Um I I'm I'll uh in all honesty, I mean I'm the one that asked the question, and I'm honestly not sure how to answer it. But I think um well prepare yourself for my next question. But yeah, I I think it is true. It it it's very individual, isn't it? And sometimes we might not see the value in something else that someone else puts value on, but there's nothing wrong with that, and likewise, just because we value something doesn't mean we should expect other people to value it. So um I I think it's a very personal thing, subjective. Yeah, it's definitely a subjective thing.
SPEAKER_01Um and I think that checking out what somebody values um is is really important. So you only you sometimes you only know that it's valuable for you, um perhaps because I get my teeth in, uh perhaps because you have at some point lost it or mislaid it or um stopped using it, or so there might be something that's in feels incredibly valuable uh that you didn't know it was valuable until it it wasn't there anymore, and you have to you had to reclaim it. Yes.
SPEAKER_00Okay, hit me with it then.
SPEAKER_01Oh, this is I'm gonna I'm gonna lull you into I'm gonna I don't know, I won't, I'll do it now. So while we're still on the subject of trifling meaning something that is unimportant, I was wondering, Rach, is there something that you have experienced that you thought at the time was trifling, but that later turned out to be incredibly precious or incredibly valuable to you? Oh okay.
SPEAKER_00Um that's a really good question. It is a good question.
SPEAKER_02I was very pleased I wrote that.
SPEAKER_00Yes, um I'm not quite sure where to go with that. So um so it felt like a trifle at the time, but turned out to be important. Is that the essentially?
SPEAKER_01So something that you it might have been something very small um at the time. Um if you need a clue, I had something in mind that you posted the other day, and it might not have been, I might I might be interpreting, okay, but sometimes when you first see somebody it might not seem like a big deal and then it becomes a big deal. So it's it was your wedding anniversary recently, wasn't it?
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_01Um so uh sometimes when you meet when you meet when you so when you met your husband for the your now husband for the first time, um it might have been you know a a try a a momentary passing in the corridor, or which I think you described it as when you when you were talking about it.
SPEAKER_00In in the crew room, yeah. We we were um in the the bunker up at RAF Bucken, um north of Aberdeen. Uh and he, you know, to start with, it was essentially just one of the guys, likewise I was one of the girls, um, in the crew room, all doing jobs and spending time drinking tea in between in the crew room. Um, and I perhaps didn't at first think anything of it because I'm just very I just like people, so I want to talk to everyone, and you know it was a it was a great place to be. There was loads of great conversation, loads of great banter. Um, but it didn't take very long for my feelings on that to change. Um, and as I put, if this is the post that you're talking about, I knew within two weeks that he was the one that I was going to marry. Of course, I didn't tell him that because I didn't want to frighten him off.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um so uh I don't think he would have been frightened off. Oh, I don't know, we might have been at the time. Like, oh, who is this psycho? Um, so I kept that one to the chest. Um, but I guess that's part of the point is that that was the only thing I kept to my chest. We were right from the start, very open and and talking about all sorts and everything. So um I think that was uh something to that was definitely not a trifle. That was a really important part uh of the relationship. But isn't it incredible how you walk into a room and you have no idea that that might be the end result of meeting someone and I was not in that frame of mind at that time at all. Um, so I guess that made it an even lovelier surprise. That's yeah.
SPEAKER_01So that's what that's what that's what sparked my question from your post the other day, because you'd said, Oh, you know, you don't know, do you? Yeah you never know when you um inadvertently um your your people's paths cross. Yeah, yeah. And uh it can be the start of a great friendship, a great romance, a great business collaboration. Yeah, you just never know. Um, and what might seem a tiny trifling thing at the beginning can blossom into um fabulous things. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk about that. There you go, very happy and happy anniversary for yesterday.
unknownThank you.
SPEAKER_01So, how about for you? Um I think there are um I'm trying to think. What was a trifling thing? Um, a small thing that turned out to be a big thing. Um or is it a big thing that turned out to be a small thing? There's always the reverse, isn't there? Absolutely. Um let me think. Um I think probably I have been blessed with meeting uh many fabulous people, um, and I'm sure there's more many fabulous people to meet in my life, and like you, we both love people, don't we? And I think um I can I remember a story. This is a weird, I don't know if I don't think I've sold this story. Um, but I was working in a hospital and I had to get the train home to Scotland, and um my taxi didn't arrive, the train was uh just about to leave. I made the train with like a nanosecond to spare, and I got on, you know, at the at the the closest end to the platform, and my booked seat was like right at the other end of the train. So I walked for miles up the train to find my seat, and when somebody um when I got there, somebody was sitting in it. Oh um, but the seat next to them was free, and I thought, do I do I make a fuss and go you're in my seat, or do I just sit down? And I thought, you know what? It's and it's it is a trifle. It is there's a seat next to them, there's plenty of spare seats, I'll just sit here. Anyway, we got chatting, and this lady was um a documentary filmmaker, and she was on her way to India to make a documentary. Amazing, and she asked me if I'd ever been to India, and I said, No, I hadn't, but I'd lived in Bangladesh. Uh and we we got chatting, and uh she was saying, Do you know I shouldn't be on this train um because my train was delayed and I should I this isn't the train I should be on. She said, This isn't even my seat, and I said, No, you're right, it's mine. Um and I said, but it's okay, it's fine. So we got carry and she's and and she was saying, um, she said, Oh, she said, I was talking to some people from Bangladesh just yesterday. Should I stopped off on my route um uh to see my sister because she's on kind of on my route, and uh um, and um we we were chatting to some people from Bangladesh, so I a bit like when you know Americans come to the UK and they say, Do you know your Queen? Because you live in England. I said, Oh, do you know do you remember the name of the people you were talking to? Because um, you know, I might not know their names, but my parents would, yeah, because they lived in Bangladesh for a long time, um, and it would just be interesting. Wouldn't it be funny? Wouldn't it be funny if uh it actually turned out that we um you had been talking to somebody that my parents know? And she suddenly she turned around and she looked at me and she said, Does your mother sing? And I said, Uh, well, well, actually, yes, she does. She sings in the Halle choir, but she also sings in a um uh a group called the Bells of the Peaver Bells, which Piva is a place in Cheshire, which doesn't is one of those places that doesn't sound how you spell it. Yeah, it you spell it P over, but you it's you say Piva. Um and she um she sings with a group of women in that song. She said, It was your mother that I was talking to last night. She said, because I was at a concert with my sister in a village hall, yeah. Um they were doing a whatever a performance, and she said, and we went along. Um, and she said, The more I look at you and the more I listen to you, she said, Um, it was your mother I was talking to last night. So, what are the chances of that? Um, and it's a story I've always remembered because it was such that the chance what are the chances? Yeah, quite squillions, squillions to one. We had a lovely conversation, and there were so many little seemingly unimportant things that all happened in order that we, you know, we were sitting, we ended up sitting next of all the seats in all the world, in all the trains. Um, so sometimes those little things are really, really important. And I suppose so for me that it was an it was a relatively small incident, but the um it highlighted to me the importance of all those little little what you think are chance happenings, yeah. Maybe I'll just chance and so we had another conversation about synchronicity. We'd also love to know what your thoughts are about synchronicity. Have you got any weird stories like that one? Yeah, I it was weird, um but I was very excited. Um so yes, you've been talking to my mum. Oh amazing! Okay, cool. And I've forgotten whose question it is. Um is it mine? I think it might be. I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Well uh the or is it yours? I think it's yours. It might be mine. You've got me because you answered that one second. Okay. Oh, this this is we're on a roll, aren't we? We're on a roll. So um there's another meaning of trifle to to trifle with someone means to mess or interfere with someone or something. So when have you felt the need to trifle for some greater benefit? So trifling in someone else's business, I guess.
SPEAKER_01Meddling. Yeah. Meddling.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. That's the other way of putting it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Meddling. It's it's a it's a really interesting concept, isn't it? Because I suspect that most I have been guilty of in interf meddling, interfering, giving the benefit of my opinion, possibly, yeah, when it wasn't always asked for.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Um, I think I can be honest and say I've done that in the past. What I my intention was always to help. I should also say that this was pre-coach coaching training. Yeah. And my uh my I was gonna say my early career, most of my career, 45 years of it, was as a nurse. Uh, and so nurses are almost given permission, it's part of their role in many areas, to um give the benefit of their experience and their expertise to help improve things for pay. And and I my I was a pediatric um a children's nurse specialist, uh, and so part of my role was to meddle. No, yeah, to to trifle to offer offer possible solutions to situations that patients or families found themselves in um in order that they could choose to do things differently. So that would be my um interpretation of the word your word trifle. So it meddling, um, it was it was certainly interfering in the sense that it was breaking patterns and suggesting other ways, but obviously it was up to them whether they took those suggestions. So I I gave and they had asked by coming to my clinic, um, they had asked for for that. They were in the arena where um offering alternative solutions to the current circumstances was part of the reason that they were there, so they'd kind of asked for it, but I was very much aware that when offering suggestions to help other people with the with the best of intention, that firstly um you offer whether they take it or not, is entirely up to them and not to me, but also that you um you need to check out with them that they're they're still okay with that. Um, that you that when you are about to offer some advice or some uh expertise that that you have, you know, you have learned over the years because that's your that's your kind of deal, um, that that they that they're okay, they're in a place where they can hear that. And also to be aware that however good your intention um the impact of your intention you have no idea of.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_01So you need to be mindful that the impact of your meddling interference for all the best reasons may have an unintended impact or consequence that you might not have thought of. So you need to be I'm always very aware of that because often we don't think about the impact that that that well-meaning advice might um might have on others.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I I think that that bears out as well when you know, if I think back on my Air Force career, managing people, you know, because there's a chain of command and you know there are certain things that are expected of you as uh as the officer, um but how you choose to engage with that, whether it would be considered meddling or you know, I guess that's subjective, but there are occasions where you do need to step in to situations, and I mean communication is key, I guess, isn't it? Because when you do step into that scenario, you found out that something is going on for someone, if you know, if there's potential impact on their ability to carry out their duties, then you know you have a a duty of care to uh to take an interest. Um that's not necessarily meddling, however, the person receiving it on the receiving end might feel that it's meddling. Um, so I guess that's it's just another example of how the way that you communicate that is really important because you can have the best of intentions and you're doing it because you want to help them support that person, help them to get through whatever it is that's happening. Um, but actually, you yeah, you do need to be mindful of well, what's the impact on them? Um, and is this meddling uh invert and commas useful and helpful to them because it might not be, and actually sometimes um being able to step away is the better action for them. So you know sometimes that has to be the thing.
SPEAKER_01But and we do I talk a lot about in in the mother-in-law some um, where often well-meaning advice is is can be interpreted by others as meddling or interfering, particularly when it's not been when it's not been sought. Um if you've not been asked, um, then keep your mouth closed.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's often a good it's often a good added sensible advice. And I think that's that's a really interesting thing of when you train as a coach because you have to learn how to try to not meddle. You're trying to facilitate that space for that person and ask the right questions, but do it in such a way that it isn't deemed as meddling or trying to fix, or you know, obviously there's different styles of coaching as well. Um, but you know, mentoring being a different thing where you perhaps are more trying to um to get involved in helping that solution. But um, I think it's quite natural for us to want to help, and again, dependent on your personality, but uh I'm I'm pretty sure it's true for both of us that you know we we want to be able to help, um, and that can become a tendency to try and fix, and that's not what coaching's about, is it? So to you know, that's a whole unlearning and relearning when you go through coaching training of how to try and do that and how to not try and just step in and fix, but how to create a space where someone can come up with the solution themselves, yeah.
SPEAKER_01And it's asking as ever, we know, and I'm sure we've said it on here before, but coaching is about asking really good questions to help people, which is why probably why we love our questions on here, yeah, is is that actually um our our role apart from holding the space is to ask really good questions that that as we often do on here, like oh I hadn't thought of it like that. Let me think about that. So it's it's that thing, but you're absolutely right. When we certainly uh it as a nursing, the whole point was we were you know giving giving advice, we were teaching, we were mentoring, we would do all of those things. Uh and I have to say, my first year of coaching I found really, really hard because I had to do all that unlearning, yeah, and learn to listen, listen more than I talked.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, two of us for listening, one mouth.
SPEAKER_01It's uh it's still a lifelong endeavour. Absolutely. Um okay, so I think it's your question. It is, and mine um links comes comes back to the beginning, really. Um you talked about at the beginning memories, um, childhood memories of trifles. So I was gonna ask, and you I don't know whether we whether you've answered it, but I'm gonna ask you again already. Um, is that trifling memorabilia that you associate with with childhood um summers and uh trifles in bowls or not?
SPEAKER_00I mean, yes, there are there are many happy memories of uh of actual food trifles, um, but in terms of uh trifles as in uh you know possessions or toys or all those sorts of things, um, I've always been a bit of a hoarder. Um and it's really difficult when you when you attach some value to something, you know, some sentimental value, it doesn't matter that it's a scruffy mess or that it's actually of no consequence to anyone, or that you're never probably even going to look at it ever again. Um the knowledge that if you throw it away, that you can't ever see it again um is is quite difficult. I've got better, I suppose I'm a recovering hoarder in a sense. Uh I I've got a lot better over the years, and I'm a bit more ruthless about things I will get rid of and think genuinely, you know, am I ever actually going to look at this? Or you know, that sort of thing. But um, but yeah, I I think I'm definitely a very sentimental person. So there are many objects that had certainly as a kid a lot of sentimental value attached. And I have to say, my surname had quite a lot of sentimental attachment to it as well. Um so it was interesting when uh Darren asked me to marry him. One of the thoughts, not at in that lovely romantic moment, but later on, um, the conversation was had about what's happening with last names, and there was a part of me that felt really attached to my maiden name because you know I I felt I have fought hard to own that name, to work out who I am and to be who that person is. Uh so there was a part of me that didn't want to give the name up. Um, so that's not even an object, but something that's obviously been with me since birth that that had quite significant value when to other people might might be a trifle.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. That's a great art. You see, one of the things, one of the many things I love about this podcast is that that that takes us all over the place. We've been on trains, we've been on surnames, we've had glass bowls, we've had all sorts of ingredients, we've had tiramasu, we've had chocolate trifle, we've had all sorts of things. We've had three different meanings of the word trifle. Who'd have known that? Who'd have known? I think that's brilliant. Um, so uh we that kind of brings us to the end of the show, doesn't it?
SPEAKER_00It does, I guess it does, yeah. Well, we hope you've enjoyed our trifling episode. We certainly have.
SPEAKER_01We knew it would be a we said anyway, it'll be a fun one. My grandma used to have a trifle spoon that was a special spoon and it's it was silver. Yes. It looked a bit like a a shell. Yeah. And it was it was um it was engraved. Yeah. So it made a kind of trifle spoons. Yeah. That kind of um when you stuck it in the trifle. Trifling memorabilia. I don't know, I wonder what happened to it. Um anyway, um, it is of no consequence. It's made trifle. Uh, but we hope that um it's brought up some memories for you. And as we always say, we get in touch with us, let us know what you think. Uh, and if you have any trifling memorabilia of any kind.
SPEAKER_00Don't forget the pictures of trifles as well, different types of trifles.
SPEAKER_01Any stories, we would love to hear from you. Um, but until then, stay brilliant, be inspired, and this brings us to the end. So bye for now.
